Getting Access to the Closet

To access the Graduate Career Capsule, you must be a Harvard affiliate with a valid Harvard University Identification number (HUID). If you’re eligible, follow the steps below to be granted access:

  1. Watch the Orientation Video

  2. Complete the Orientation Quiz
    Orientation Quiz
  3. Sign and Upload the Agreement Form
    • Download the Agreement Form from the Orientation folder: Agreement Form
    • Save the completed form as a PDF using the format: FirstName_LastName_Agreement_Form.pdf (e.g., John_Smith_Agreement_Form.pdf)
    • Upload the PDF here: Agreement Upload Link

Once all materials are submitted, access to the GCC space will be granted via your HUID within 3–4 weeks. Your access will remain active for the duration of your Harvard affiliation.
